How does the AI lead scoring work?
Every contact is scored based on behavioral signals, inquiry data, call transcript enrichment, and interaction history. The score updates in real time as new data comes in. High-score leads get routed to the top of the pipeline automatically.
Can I run multiple locations?
Yes. We support multi-location setups with separate calendars, pipelines, and reporting per location. The CRM manages all of them from a single account.
What does the churn prediction actually flag?
Contacts that have not had a touchpoint in a threshold period, customers whose service intervals are overdue, and leads that match the behavioral pattern of previous churned accounts. You get a GHL task and a notification before it becomes a cancellation.
